A bit of history

Working within start-up environment has always challenged us to get the best out of individuals in all aspects of our Client’s business. Whether starting a new branch office or finding the right technology partner, hiring the best qualified staff, or setting up new processes, one needs to walk in the client’s shoes and wear multiple hats.

It is critical that the Client’s management team remains focused on their core business issues rather than tackling sometimes trivial or difficult problems which could be easily outsourced. Identifying the right Balance is important and our experienced team has figured it out from the many past engagements.

We initially launched RadiumWhite exclusively to help Start-ups, but over time our services have been extended to service similar developmental issues for medium to large scale companies.
