  • Enterprise Leadership at Hydro One: Directed the Organizational Change Management (OCM) function enterprise-wide, leading a team of senior professionals to deliver strategic transformations for over 9,000 employees.
  • Operational Governance: Founded and operationalized the HR Change & Project Management Office (CPMO) to strengthen governance and accelerate the delivery of strategic HR initiatives.
  • DEI Leadership (Hydro One): Founded and chaired the South Asian Network ERG, driving initiatives that promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion through cultural awareness campaigns and mentorship programs.
  • Consulting Excellence: Partnered with CXO-level stakeholders at Deloitte to drive digital adoption—including EPIC platform implementations across 12 hospitals—and delivered data-driven human capital solutions.
  • Global Strategy: Spearheaded international real estate transformation and cost optimization strategies for Capgemini across India and France, including a unified strategy that saved 20% on global services.
  • Digital Innovation: Led the change management roadmap and managed the delivery of automation and digitization workflows (RPA/BPM) at TD Bank.
